Robin asks his teammates for help in uncovering the secret of the Ant, who is terrorizing a reform camp for teenagers run by the friend of the Boy Wonder, Doctor Turner.

The Teen Titans agree to help Robin's friend Doctor Turner, who runs a reform camp for teenagers, Camp Lacklock. He asks them to catch The Ant, because he thinks he might be one of his boys, Eddie Whit. So the Titans try to catch him, and discover Eddie Whit is The Ant.

But they later discover he is being blackmailed into it. They help defeat the goons who were blackmailing him.
